  • What is the Best Way to Contact You?
    The fastest way to contact us is by phone call 715-498-5661 We try to respond to text, emails, and social media messages as soon as possible too.
  • Do You Have Kids?
    Yes! We have 4 kids, and we also are foster parents, so we typically have kids of all ages in our home.
  • Where are you Located?
    We are located in Citronelle, AL (30-40 Min North of Mobile, AL)
  • How Long Have You Been Breeding Dogs?
    We have been breeding and raising dogs for over 15 years!
  • Do You Ever Donate a Puppy?
    Yes! We have donated a couple pups through our Fur Friend Forever Program If you are interested to learn more check out our Donation and Discounts Page
  • Are the Parents or Pups Genetic Tested?
    Yes! All our parents are genetic tested through Animal Genetics
  • Do Doodles Need to Be Groomed?
    YES! YES! YES! All doodles need regular grooming (Some more than others) It is recommended to start all pups the day after you take them home to start brushing and getting the used to daily/basic grooming. Then professional or full grooming a home should start at 14-16 weeks or as soon as your groomer allows.   • Do Doodle Fade in Color?
    Depending on the parents most doodles and poodles can fade color over time. Typically, there is a 50/50 chance to hold their color or fade to more a grey/sliver. Merles typically kees their color and don't fade.
  • What About Temperament and Personalities?
    We know all temperments start with the puppies' parents. This why all of our dogs have the best temperments ever. But temperament doesn't only come from the parents, it also come from how they are raised and training. You can train a calm, well behaved dog or you can train a wild dog too. We always recommend looking into Baxter & Bella and also look into working with different trainers too. Personality varies between every puppy and can be hard to 100% judge until they are away from mom and siblings.
  • Do You Dock Tail and Remove Dewclaws?
    Yes, We remove dewclaws on all our puppies We only dock tails on our purebred (We leave our doodle tails natural)
  • What Does F1, F1b, etc Mean?
    Different Doodle Generations **Examples are Sheepadoodles, But is The Same For All Doodles** ​ • F1 - Old English Sheepdog x Poodle - Est 50% Poodle • F1B - F1 Sheepadoodle x Poodle - Est 75% Poodle • F1B Reverse - F1 Sheepadoodle x Old English Sheepdog - Est 25% Poodle • F1BB - F1B Sheepadoodle x Poodle - Est. 87.5% Poodle • F2 - F1 Sheepadoodle x F1 Sheepadoodle - Est 50% Poodle • F2B - F1B Sheepadoodle x F1 Sheepadoodle - Est 62.5% Poodle
  • Are Doodles Hypoallergenic?
    Yes and No The word Hypoallergenic means that something is less likely to trigger an allergic reaction. Depending on the doodle some have a higher chance to carry dander and some a lot less Like Sheepadoodles tend to be the best for families with allergies as OES have hair more like humans and don't carry much dander, where a BMD has higher dander levels and by adding poodle doesn't always mean they will be hypoallergenic (50/50 chance)
  • Is My Deposit Refundable or Transferrable?
    All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless something were to happen to the puppy you placed the deposit on. However, deposits are TRANSFERABLE to any litter or puppy we have or upcoming.
  • Do You Offer Discounts?
    Yes! We offer discounts for Police, Fire, EMS, Veterans, and More to learn more view our Discounts & Donations Page!
  • What Ways Do You Accept Payment?
    We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Cash, and Check (All checks have to clear before Go Home Day)
  • How Do I Place a Deposit?
    Deposits can be made here on our website via PayPal or Credit/Debt Card. **Please contact us before placing a deposit**
  • How Much is a Deposit?
    Our deposit to hold a puppy or to be added to our waiting list is $200.00.
  • Can I Visit or Video Chat Before Placing a Deposit?
    Sorry, we don't allow visitors until after the pups first vaccines. But yes, we are always happy to do Video Chats/Zoom with you to be able to see the us and the pups! Feel free to reach out to us to set up a video meeting.
  • Can I Be Contacted About Available Pups Without Being on the Waiting List?
    Typically, no we don't keep a contact list, but we have occasionally kept names to contact. The best way to keep up to date is by watching our website and social media for available pups.
  • Do I Have to Have a Deposit Placed to Get on the Waiting List?
    Yes, you have to have a deposit placed to be on the waiting list.
  • How Do You Contact Us About Picking?
    We will contact you first via Phone Call and if no anwser we will text, facebook, and email you.
  • How Does Our Waiting List Works?
    We use a master waiting list system. At your turn on the list you are able to pick a puppy from the litter or pass to the next litter We currently don't have a limit on how many times you can pass, but you do have to contact us back at your turn to remain on the list.
  • How Do I Pick My Puppy?
    We start picking via Pictures and Videos at 2-3 Weeks Old Induvial photos are posted to our website, and we call at your turn! If you can't decide between 2 we are happy to video chat too and help decide!
  • What Food Do You Feed Your Dogs and Puppies?
    We feed Diamond Naturals Our pups eat Diamond Naturals Large or Small Breed Puppy and our adults eat Diamond Naturals Lamb, Beef, and Chicken Adult Food. Puppies also eat Pure Balance Pro Canned Puppy added to their dinner.
  • Do You Crate Train?
    As of right now we don't fully crate train, but they are exposed crates/kennels.
  • Do You Potty Train?
    We do start some potty training, but mostly we work on a lot of litter training/work on pottying in one area.
  • What is ESI?
    ESI stands for Early Scent Introduction Early scent introduction (ESI) is a training program for puppies designed to enhance their ability to identify, and react to, specific scents.
  • Do You Follow Any Curriculum with Your Pups?
    Yes!! We have custom made our own curriculum to give our pups the best possible start to becoming Service Dogs, Therapy Dogs, or Amazing Family Companions Our curriculum includes ENS, ESI, along with Early Socialization and Desensitizing. Some exposure includes, but not limited to Other Animals, Different Surfaces/Textures, Many Noises (Like Household, Thunder, Fireworks, etc), and they meet many kids!
  • Where Can I Find The Food, You Feed?
    Diamond Naturals can be found Online, Tractor Supply, Menards, and Fleet Farm Pure Balance Pro Canned Puppy food can be found at Walmart.
  • Do The Pups Go Outside?
    Yes! All our pups are able to go outside and play in any of our fenced curriculum areas or out running with us!
  • Do The Puppies Meet Cats?
    Yes! We have farm cats that love to hang around the puppies and will even try playing with them!
  • What is ENS?
    ENS stands for Early Neurological Stimulation. The benefits of ENS for puppies are thought to be: Improved cardiovascular performance. Stronger heartbeats Stronger adrenal glands Improved tolerance to stress Greater resistance to disease
  • What Vaccines Will My Puppy Have?
    All ours receive a NeoPar Vaccine at 5 Weeks and a DHPP Vaccine at 7 Weeks. If pups stay with us longer the will receive all their puppy vaccines and be kept up to date
  • What Age Do Your Pups Go Home?
    Our pups typically go home at 8 weeks old, but we have kept them longer before. Our vet has to give them each an all clear before going home.
  • What Food Will My Puppy Be Eating?
    All our pups are fed Diamond Naturals Large or Small Breed Puppy Food along with Pure Balance Pro Puppy Canned Food Diamond Naturals can be found at Tractor Supply or Online Pure Balance can be found at Walmart
  • Do I Have Full Breeding Rights for My Puppy?
    We DON'T offer Full Breeding Rights on our doodles, but we do occasionally on our purebred to approved breeders. Please contact us about breeding rights before placing a deposit
  • Do You Microchip the Pups Before Go Home?
    Yes! All our pups go home microchipped with a PetLink/Datamar Prepaid Lifetime Microchip at no extra cost to you. This chip will also be registered with you primary and us secondary (You will receive login in info to be able to update information and add more contact information) **It is very important to always keep the chips information up to date**
  • Will My Puppy Be Seen by a Licensed Veterinarian Before Coming Home?
    Yes. All our pups are seen by our Veterinarian at George County Vet Clinic
  • What is a Snuggle Puppy and How Can I Get One?
    A Snuggle Puppy is a Heartbeat Toy that replicates a sibling/littermate and helps to reduce stress and anxiety. It also helps for crate training! You ae welcome to send us one to add mom and sibling smells too or we also have some available for $35
  • What Do Your Pups Go Home With?

  • When Does My Puppy Need Their Next Vet Appointment?
    Per our contract the next appointment should be within 72 hours of going home, but we do understand that it isn't always an option that soon. If you have troubles getting an appointment, please contact us and we are happy to help.
  • Do I Have to Pick Up in Person or Can My Puppy Be Delivered?
    Families are always welcome to pick up, but we complete understand that it isn't always an option based on many factors. If delivery is something, you and your family are interested in we have a Flight Nanny and Ground Transporter that deliver all over the world for us!
  • Do You Meet Families?
    Yes, we do occasionally meet families. Most commonly we meet families from FL at our second property in Seminole, AL (15 minutes from Pensacola) or we meet with in an 1.5 from our house at no extra charge. Other distances can be discussed also.
  • Can I Personally Fly in to Pick Up?
    Yes! We are always happy to meet families at one of our local airports. Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL
  • How Does a Flight Nanny Work?
    Flight Nannies pick up and deliver airport to airport all over the world. After all options approved and booked, we will meet the flight nanny at one of our local airports and then they will be off to your local airport!! Our flight nanny can do US and International Flights. Ask us for a quote!
  • How Does Ground Transport Work?
    Working with a ground transporter is quite simple. If you decide you would like to have your puppy delivered by our transporter here are the next steps We will ask our transporter to a deliver quote from our house to yours After the route has been made and planned the transporter will pick the puppy up at our home and start the drive to your house along their route (They are with the puppy in the vehicle at all times and they try to update you along the way too) They will bring your puppy home right to your house along with all their care package. They deliver all over the US!
  • Do You Transport Internationally?
    Yes. Even though international can be a little tricky, we have an amazing flight nanny that can travel the world with your puppy!
